Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or because of carrier delays.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free. Below that, a flat rate is shown before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States and the European Union . If your country is not shown at checkout, email us and we will see what we can do.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a link by email when your order is on its way, please allow a day or two for the first scan to appear.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For orders shipped across borders, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival by your local customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email us at info@shibucare.com with your order number and we will track it down or make it right.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always try to help. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
