Refund Policy

Our 30 day fresh promise
We want you to feel fresh and confident, so every order is covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at info@shibucare.com and we will refund you in full. Because our soap is a personal care product that cannot be resold once opened, there is nothing to send back. Keep the bar, on us.

How to request a refund
Email info@shibucare.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short note. We will confirm and process it, no forms, no hassle.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at info@shibucare.com with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

European Union and UK 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union or the UK, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. For unopened items, return them in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products may fall outside the standard cooling off return, but our 30 day promise above still covers you, so you are protected either way. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale and gift cards
Final sale or clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for a refund. Orders placed with a standard discount code are fully covered by the 30 day promise.

Refunds
Once we have your request, we will confirm it is approved and refund your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not seen it, email us at info@shibucare.com.
